Stroh: Austrian For Rum

When I think of the spicy dark spirit, the picture in my mind isn't of mainland lederhosen wearing folk. But drinking history has shown us that Austria embraces drinking and turns it into an art form (or at least  some sort of remarkable drinking vessel).

But one thing Austrians know hands down is how to stay warm. They've embraced their spirited rum to be enjoyed all year 'round with the addition of ingredients like espresso and fire. I can think of no better way to enjoy a snow day (or a sick day).
